3. Usage Rules

  • Personal Use Only: Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not rebroadcast, restream, or sell our content to others.

  • Simultaneous Connections: Your account is limited to the number of active connections purchased at checkout (standard is 1 connection). Using more than the allowed connections will result in buffering or account suspension.

  • ISP Restrictions: We are not responsible for any blocks or restrictions imposed by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). If your ISP throttles IPTV traffic, we recommend using a VPN.

4. Payment and Renewal

  • Billing: All payments are one-time or recurring fees as selected during checkout.

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole discretion. Any price changes will take effect following notice to you.

5. Service Interruptions & Quality While we strive to provide a 99.9% uptime “Anti-Freeze” experience, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  • Internet Speed: You are responsible for ensuring your internet connection is sufficient for streaming (Minimum 25 Mbps for 4K). We are not liable for buffering caused by your local network instability.

  • Maintenance: Occasionally, we may need to perform server maintenance which may result in temporary downtime.

6. Intellectual Property As stated in our DMCA Policy, IPTVWorldCup.store acts as an intermediary. We do not host, store, or own the media content streamed through our service. All content is copyright of their respective owners. You agree not to infringe upon any intellectual property rights while using our service.

7. Refund Policy

  • Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once the subscription credentials have been sent and activated.

  • Exceptions: If we are unable to provide the service due to technical issues on our end that cannot be resolved by our support team within 72 hours, a pro-rated refund may be issued at our sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability In no event shall IPTVWorldCup.store, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

9. Termination We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms (e.g., restreaming our content or abusive behavior towards support staff).
